Roxanne Claxton works at ACC Bristol’s Artist Development and is a Vocal Artistry course leader and spent a lifetime immersed in the major creative worlds of drama, music, and art.
Roxanne explains how mistakes are not the end, they are the beginning. Mistakes make us better people if we learn from them.
As an educator, Roxanne helps people achieve their goals and dreams, not through classical training methods, but by combining performance, intuition, vision, improvisation and finding the truth within.
Trained extensively in voice, movement, and performance at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama) (BA degree), Roxanne holds an MA from Oxford Brookes University, for studying Music and Contemporary Art with a focus on contemporary women’s roles portrayed.
